Q&A Module
With the Vedubox Q&A module, users ask their instructors questions about the trainings they take directly. The instructor replies with text or an image and closes resolved questions; the whole process is followed on a single screen.

What Is the Q&A Module?
In the Question & Answer (Q&A) module, the user selects the training they want to ask about with “New Entry”, writes the subject and the question and, if they wish, adds an image and sends it to their instructor.
The instructor sees the questions coming in to their courses with record number, subject, status and date; they write a reply and send it, uploading an image if needed. Resolved questions are closed and can be reopened if necessary; users follow the reply and the status of their question from the Q&A area.
