What Is the Forum?
With the Forum feature, users post and reply to posts. The home page forum is shared by all users; in a training page forum, the course instructor and that course’s users post.
For the home page forum, you decide separately whether administrators, instructors and users can post. While Forum Admin Approval is on, posts are not published until an administrator approves them. A forum area can also be opened on Web TV broadcasts; comments can be shown to the administrator only.
