What Are Certificates?
Vedubox has two types of certificate: a participation certificate for users who finish all of a training’s content, and an achievement certificate for users who score above the set mark in tests and exams. Certificates can be added to trainings as well as to exams.
You can use the ready-made templates in the system, design one with Google Slides, or upload a PPTX file prepared in a tool such as Canva. The user’s name, certificate ID, issue date, instructor name and signature, QR code, training name and organisation logo are printed on the certificate automatically; each certificate can be looked up on the verification page with its ID.
What Does Your Organisation Gain?
You don’t prepare certificates one by one for every user who finishes; the certificate of an eligible user is created on its own.
Because certificates can be verified with an ID and QR code, they carry trust outside the organisation too; employees share their achievement on LinkedIn and your organisation becomes visible.
