What Are Messaging and Notifications?
In the SMS-Email-Message settings, you decide when the system sends automatic emails and SMS: when a live training is created or cancelled, when an exam is created, when a training is assigned, and when an announcement or task is created. With web notifications on, users also see these actions under the bell icon in the system.
With notification templates you customise, preview and activate email and SMS texts; parameters such as the live training link are added to the text automatically. SMS is sent through the NetGSM integration and WhatsApp messages through the WhatsApp integration; a custom SMTP, reply-to email address and email header and footer text can also be set.
What Does Your Organisation Gain?
