What Is the Content Vault?
The Content Vault gathers your organisation’s documents, videos, audio, SCORM and test content in folders in a single archive. Content you add to trainings also appears in this archive with a single setting.
You set folders as editable or view-only; private folders created by different roles are open only to authorised people. You can also share content by unit.
What Does Your Organisation Gain?
You don’t upload the same content again for every training; content prepared once is used across different trainings, so the effort of producing it doesn’t get lost in scattered folders.
Each branch or department accesses only the content that concerns it; who can see and edit which content is under your control.
