The 15th Conference of the European Science Education Research Association (ESERA 2023) took place in Cappadocia between August 28 and September 1, 2023. The event was hosted by Hacettepe University, Gazi University, and Nevşehir Hacı Bektaş Veli University, and it was live-streamed with the sponsorship of Vedubox.
STEM fields, which encompass science and technology alongside engineering and mathematics, merged with cultural heritage to provide a new perspective on science education. The conference, shaped around the theme “Bridging Science Education with Cultural Heritage,” emphasized the rich cultural heritage of the region.
